I have nothing but RESPECT for mike koh, never seen any one who is so passionate abt his profession.

U could practically see the fire burning in his eyes when he talk about PE and the drive in him to raise the standards of the profession.
I can understand his frustrations when he see PE teachers in schools conforming to the academic demands and not guarding their lessons zealously, who failed to remember the values taught to them, who forgot their dreams of wanting to be a PE teacher who'll engage children in Physical activities and instill in them the love for sports, who gave up their philosophy in PE instead of aligning them to MOE's desired outcomes and fight for their beliefs.
It is a really sad situation out there, its a losing battle not becoz PE is not valued by schools rather it is caused by Deserters of the PE Philosophy.

i would say he is one of the rare lecturer who inspires me. i could feel that his passion for PE to be just like how i feel for Atheletics. He inspires me to be a PE teacher who'll want to inculcate values in children and develop them physically , cognitively and affectively, last but not least nuture their enthusiasm for sports.

Because i believe that it will help to build a strong foundation for children to continue enjoying sports or take part in it competitively to become elite athletes.

He helped me changed my perspective in coming into teaching as a career. At first i came in so i could train for my 400m everything else is secondary.
Now Running is still as important but so is being a PE teacher.

Yesterday was the inter- Ministry Carnival.....
it was not bad coz i won money for the run... heeezzz
was fun coz it was a team relay.... but running 400m always gets me into the zone but over all both runs were quite relax , coz i dun see the point of whacking really hard for it ya.... as long as we win we will get the $$$ though not much but compared to cheap plastics it was wow!
but guess running 2 heats n finals really tire me out..
was so shag that i fell rite asleep after bath and couldnt function at all till when i woke up at 5pm from my 2nd nap...
horrible coz i haven studied yat.. arugh....

really feeling tired.... anyway... gotta go mug my notes already...

Intro To PE... Arugh..... Nothing seems to be absorbed

Horrors...... haven even start studying for exams.... arugh....

but the worst is i totally dun feel like studying...

This is the century where a woman do not need to rely on a man to survive, she will not be disgraced just because she doesn't have a husband...

if a deed is done no point trying to pretend tha it doesn't exist or try to find the easiest way out.
the only thing to be done is to face the consequences.
Don't look back and regret, face it bravely and create your own happiness.

i give all single mothers my blessings and hope that they have the courage to live happily with their child. Do not conform to People or Society just because you are not doin the expected, be brave and harden yourself for the road ahead is rough going. perserve and you will find happiness........

Haven been blogging for goodness know how long....
Dun noe why but i really feel the need to blog now... its like there is this void inside me.
Feel empty.... Life is fine, i am okie with my situation but... Whats wrong?

Wonder why does memories of them appear when you least expect it to.
